Early Childhood Admissions
Requirements:
Children must reach their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th birthday by September 30th of the year of entry into our Ganon/ Nursery program.
Children must reach their 5th birthday by September 30th of the year of entry into our Kindergarten program.
All students must be fully immunized based on New York State Requirements.
Application Process:
Sibling Applicants
Families applying for siblings of current students receive priority consideration when applications are submitted by November 17.
Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis, depending on space availability.
Two- and Three-Year-Old Programs
- Siblings: Submit an application by November 17
- Non-Siblings: Submit an application by December 19.
Please note: Student transcripts and visits are not required for these programs.
Four-Year-Old Program
- Siblings: Submit an application by November 17.
- Non-Siblings: Submit an application by December 19.
After submitting your application, our admissions team will contact you to schedule a visit.
If your child is currently enrolled in a preschool, please submit a teacher recommendation through the link provided in the application portal.
Kindergarten Admissions
- Siblings: Application deadline is November 17.
- Non-Siblings: Application deadline is December 1.
- Decision Notification: Decisions will be released by February 1, 2026 for applications received by December 1.
Applications submitted after this date will be considered on a rolling basis, space permitting.
Required by December 12

- Teacher evaluation forms
- School records and transcripts
- Any professional testing reports
Your admissions checklist includes links to send teacher recommendations directly to your child’s teachers.
Grade 1 Admissions
- Siblings: Submit an application by November 17.
- Non-Siblings: Submit an application by December 19.
Once your application is received, we will contact you to schedule a visit.
