Westchester Day School uses the Magnus Health Portal for all medical records. To access your child's Magnus portal please log in to your MyWds on the top right of the page and find the "Magnus Health Portal link" in the parent resource board.
Medical Forms: Print the necessary form by clicking on the appropriate link below. All forms must then be uploaded through the Magnus Portal.
