Leadership Giving at Westchester Day School
Honoring Vision, Commitment, and L’dor V’dor Impact
At Westchester Day School, our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of Torah, learning, and community. Every day, our students grow intellectually, spiritually, and ethically through an exceptional dual curriculum rooted in Torah values, academic excellence, and menschlichkeit.
We are privileged to partner with parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends whose generosity reflects both deep pride in our students and a shared commitment to the future of Jewish education.
As our tradition teaches:
כִּי הֵם חַיֵּינוּ וְאֹרֶךְ יָמֵינוּ
“For they are our life and the length of our days.”
Through their leadership support, members of our giving societies help ensure that WDS remains strong, vibrant, and forward-looking for generations to come.
While tuition provides the foundation for a WDS education, it does not cover the full cost of the extraordinary learning environment our students experience each day. Leadership gifts help bridge that gap - enabling WDS to invest in exceptional educators, strengthen academic and Jewish programming, expand student opportunities, enhance our campus, and build long-term financial stability through strategic initiatives and endowment growth.
Together, these visionary supporters allow WDS to make thoughtful decisions that always prioritize student learning and community strength.
The Chazon Society
The Chazon Society honors members of the WDS community who lead with exceptional vision and generosity through annual contributions of $18,000 or more.
These philanthropic leaders help drive excellence, innovation, and long-term impact - ensuring that Westchester Day School continues to thrive as a vibrant center of Jewish learning and community.
The Bonim Circle
The Bonim Circle recognizes donors who contribute $10,000 or more annually, strengthening every facet of our school and helping create a nurturing, values-driven environment in which every child can flourish.
Bonim Circle members are true builders of our community - sustaining the daily experiences that shape our students’ growth, curiosity, and love of learning.
A Partnership for the Future
Leadership donors play an essential role in sustaining the strength and vision of WDS. Their partnership allows our school to nurture students who proudly carry the torch of Torah and mitzvot - serving as thoughtful, compassionate representatives of Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael wherever life takes them.
