Ganon Sagol Opens Chanukah Bakery

Donuts for sale! WDS's Ganon Sagol classroom turned into a donut bakery for Chanukah. Our PreK bakers took advance orders from faculty, offering donuts with a variety of fillings and toppings, along with some cozy beverages. 

At just $1 per order, these little mensches proudly filled, frosted, and sold their treats, making change and counted proceeds. Then, they provided the best treat of all—sending all their proceeds ($100!) to HOPE Community Services kosher food pantry in New Rochelle. Learning, kindness, and Chanukah joy all rolled into one delicious experience!
